Suffolk Zone Conference, "Striving For Mental Well-Being For All".
If your school is submitting a District Registration, DO NOT register individually as well.

Registration will be open from 7am - 7:25 am, the Keynote will begin at 7:30 am. The program will conclude at 1:25 pm with raffles immediately following.

*Professional: Advanced $155 (by 10/31/23) Onsite $165 **NYS AHPERD membership is included with the Professional Non-Member registration however, you are required to submit a completed membership form. Student: Advanced $35 (by 10/31/23) Onsite $55
Retiree: No charge
You must register at the professional rate if you are working full-time in the field of HPERD
