Space is limited; register early for the lowest registration costs and to ensure your spot. Accommodations and meals are separate; you will receive a link to complete your accommodations requests after the $50 deposit is received. Additional fees apply.

- Early Bird $272 (Register by May 16th, $50 deposit required by this date)
- Advanced $300 (Register between May 17-June 30)
- Last Minute $325 (Registration after June 30th)
Non Member Rates
- Early Bird $400 (Register by May 16th, $50 deposit required by this date)
- Advanced $425 (Register between May 17-June 30)
- Last Minute $450 (Registration after June 30)

In the event you need to cancel your registration, there will be a $50 cancelation fee. Cancelation requests must be emailed to finances@nysahperd.org no later than 7/15/25.
