*You must register at the Professional rate if you are working full time in the field of HPERD regardless of your status as a student.
There is a $20 charge for non-members requiring CTLE documentation. Please select this option now only if you are paying the CTLE fee at this time or it will be paid by your school on a PO, otherwise, you will need to call the Central Office to pay the fee before the certificate will be sent.
