You must be a current NYS AHPERD member to attend the Capital Zone Conference.
Professionals who are not current members can register at a non-member rate that includes a one-year membership. Students and Retirees must join/renew before completing the registration.

Professional - Non Member: Not yet a member" Register at the non member professional rate (includes a one-year NYS AHPERD Membership however, you are required to submit a completed membership application form. Click here to download a membership form and email it to pcamardello@nysahperd.org no later than 3/5/26 or the membership will be forfeited).

In the event you need to cancel your registration, there will be a $10 cancelation fee. Cancelation requests must be emailed to Trish Camardello at pcamardello@nysahperd.org no later than 3/12/26.
