Member Rates
Professionals: Advanced $35 (register by 4/19/26) Onsite $55
**Students: Advanced $20 (register by 4/19/26) Onsite $40 You must register at the Professional rate if you are working full time in the field of HPERD regardless of your status as a student.
Retiree: No charge
Non-Member Rates
Professionals: Advanced $170 (register by 4/19/26) Onsite $190
Non Member Professional Rate (includes a one-year NYS AHPERD Membership however, you are required to submit a completed membership application form. Click here to download a membership form and email it to pcamardello@nysahperd.org no later than 4/24/26.
**Students: Advanced $60 Onsite $80
Retiree: No charge
**Membership is not included in the student rate. You must register at the Professional rate if you are working full time in the field of HPERD regardless of your status as a student.
Each registrant will receive an optional lunch ticket that can be used in the dining hall at Brockport.
CTLE's will be handled at no additional cost to attendees. Once again, we will be using the NYS AHPERD Event App, Click here for instructions on downloading and using the app.
Advanced registration will close on Sunday, April 19th.
In the event you need to cancel your registration, there will be a $10 cancelation fee. Cancelation requests must be emailed to Derrick Biehl, CWZ President at derrick.biehl@gmail.com no later than 4/24/26.
