The NYS AHPERD Capital Zone is excited to host our 1st Annual,
Sandra G. Morley Middle School Physical Education Leadership Awards Ceremony!

Physical Education teachers select and notify their own award winners. We encourage you to select the students in your building who firmly fit the criteria and who should be honored by representing your school.
The program will consist of a short presentation relative to the area of Physical Education along with the presentation of the awards to the students being honored.
The entire ceremony will be completed in about one hour.
Registration is $10 per student and you may select up to 6 students per building. If you teach in more than one building, you will need to complete multiple registrations.
We hope you will take this opportunity to honor your outstanding middle school and junior high school students

NOTE: The Elementary Physical Education Student Leadership Awards will be held on May 12, 2025, at HVCC.
A separate registration form will be sent for the elementary event.
