Registration will be held from 7:30 am - 8:00 am (a continental breakfast will be available)
Session 1 8:40 am - 9:30 am
Session 2 9:40 am - 10:30 am
Visit Exhibitors in Buchman Pavilion 10:35 am - 10:55 am
Session 3 11:00 am to 11:50 am
Session 4 12:00 pm to 12:50 pm
Rafffles 1:00 pm -1:30 pm
 
Please note: lunch is not included.
You must be a current NYS AHPERD member to attend the Capital Zone Conference.
Professionals who are not current members can register at a non-member rate that includes a one-year membership. Students and Retirees must join/renew before completing the registration.

Professional Member: $50 
Student Member: $25
Sage Students:  no charge
Retiree Member:  $20
Non Member Professional Rate $160 (includes a one-year NYS AHPERD Membership however, you are required to submit a completed membership application form. Click here to download a membership form and email it to pcamardello@nysahperd.org no later than 3/7/25 or the membership will be forfeited).

CTLEs will be handled at no additional cost to attendees.  Once again, we will be using the NYS AHPERD Event app, Click here for instructions on downloading and using the app.

 

In the event you need to cancel your registration, there will be a $10 cancelation fee. Cancelation requests must be emailed to Trish Camardello at pcamardello@nysahperd.org no later than 3/13/25.
