Daily Ticket: Wednesday, November 20 for Non-Members • Reminder: you must also choose a Wednesday intensive training ($$) from the next page with this ticket option.	$135.00
Combo Ticket: Wednesday, Nov.20 & Thursday, Nov. 21(Only) for Non-Members • The combo ticket is available to those who intend to join us for a combination of two days: Wednesday and Thursday only. • Any conference ticket for Wednesday, must include an intensive training ($$) selected on the next page.	$400.00
Daily Ticket: Thursday, November 21 for Non-Members • This is a SINGLE DAY ticket for Thursday Only.	$275.00
Daily Ticket: Friday, November 22 for Non-Members • This is a SINGLE DAY ticket for Friday Only. • This ticket does not include a dinner ticket for the Jay B. Nash Awards Dinner. If you wish to add a ticket for that, do so on the next screen.	$275.00
Combo Ticket: Friday, Nov. 22 & Saturday, Nov 23 (Only) for Non-Members • The combo ticket is available to those who intend to join us for a combination of two days: Friday and Saturday only. • This ticket does not include a dinner ticket.
