Professional Membership-Those engaged in the teaching of health education, physical education, recreation, dance programs, and individuals who support these programs.
Monthly Professional Membership- Professionals engaged in the teaching of health education, physical education, recreation, dance programs, and individuals who support these programs.
Billing for the monthly subscription is on the 1st of each month.
*12 MONTH BILLING COMMITTMENT-spreading the annual membership payment over 1 year. Monthly billing of the annual subscription can only be canceled after twelve months equaling a One Year Membership. *
Professional Council of Administrators Membership- Professionals serving as a director, chairperson, or coordinator having responsibilities for health, and /or physical education and/or athletic programs.
Retiree Membership - Any person who met the criteria for professional membership and is now retired as defined by NYS Retirement System.
Student Membership - Students currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate program studying health education, physical education, recreation, or dance and NOT CURRENTLY teaching in the K-16 system.

The completed application must be submitted with your payment.
