NYS AHPERD ANNUAL CONFERENCE HOW-TO’s

Future Professional Edition

*STUDENTS MUST BE LOGGED INTO THEIR NYS AHPERD MEMBER ACCOUNT TO REGISTER FOR THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE AT THE MEMBER DISCOUNTED RATES*

Memberships:

NYS AHPERD Memberships must be Current to Register for the conference at the Future Professional Rate.

A current membership must have an expiration date of 11/30/2023 or greater

Check or Purchase Order Payments cannot be completed online for memberships.

Payment by PO or Check for the membership- must be submitted with the membership application to be processed.

Please note: you will not be able to register for the conference until the payment has been received and processed. If your payment is not sent in by the EARLY BIRD Rate end date, OCTOBER 1st, the price of admission increases from $95.00 to $105.00.

Credit Card Payments can be completed online.

*If a membership is expired only non-member rates can be accessed. All registration rates are based on membership status. Non-member registration rate $450- early bird

Conference Charges- Registration to be completed online only.

Multiple Registrants :

College/ Universities who are paying for BOTH NYS AHPERD membership and Annual Conference Registration for.

Please email- finances@nysahperd.org  to set up payment and registration.

NYS AHPERD can process all memberships and conference registrations for large groups.

• A google form will need to be completed by all registrants
• Price for registration will be determined by the DATE the form is filled out by each member.
  • If all registrants complete the form by October 1^st @ 11:59pm the registration cost will be $95.00.
  • Any form completed Oct 2^nd or greater will be charged $105/per
