The second edition of the Curriculum and Assessment Guidance Document (CAGD2) for Physical Education is a resource that connects the revised New York State Physical Education Learning Standards (2020) with guidance regarding curriculum and assessment recommendations for K-12 physical education practitioners and administrators in New York. A printed copy.

Book Orders
Multiple Book Orders:
- Member Pricing: If you are ordering more than ONE copy of each edition at the member rate, please provide the names (first and last) of the other members to receive the discounted member price on all books.
- Member and Non-Member Pricing: If you are ordering more than ONE copy of each edition at the member rate and combining orders for Non-Members, please provide the names (first and last) of all the individuals that will receive a book.
NYS AHPERD will adjust orders per member status.
How to contact NYS AHPERD regarding the CAGD2 Book Orders:
- Place your order. Choose the PAY LATER (payment) Option. Reply to the Pay Later order confirmation with the member or non-member details for NYS AHPERD to adjust your order.

- Receive an order confirmation with PAY LATER details.
- Submit order details to your business office for PO generation
